Views from the tools we run every account with. All three show example numbers.
We run Google Ads for a sports retailer with 88,000 products per market, in 15 countries. A window coverings brand our founder co-founded went from €20k in year one to a €12M sale.
Read, Rank, Rule, Watch.
Every account is run the same way, so each budget change has a number behind it.
- Read
- Before we move any budget, we forecast where your sales and traffic go if nothing changes. Every later result is measured against that baseline.
- Rank
- We score your products on margin, order value and share. Budget goes to the ones that earn it first.
- Rule
- Every test gets its win and lose rule written before launch, so nobody argues with the data afterwards.
- Watch
- Every campaign is checked every morning against its own normal day. A real drop gets a written diagnosis before anyone changes the account.
Month one.
A fixed scope and a fixed price, agreed before anything starts.
Baseline
Where your ad sales go if nothing changes.
Product ranking
Your catalogue scored by margin and order value, with the first products to get budget named.
Campaigns live in 14 days
Feed fixes, then Shopping and search campaigns on Google, plus Meta if it's in scope.
A set of new ads, made by us
And the first creative test, with its rules written before launch.
Watch from day one
Every campaign checked each morning against its own normal day, and a one-page numbers note every week.
Then month to month. Cancel any time.
Spend up, return held.
A sports and streetwear store we run. As ad spend went up, revenue from ads grew slightly faster.
| Measure | Before | After | Change |
|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly ad spend | $4,100 | $7,200 | +76% |
| Monthly revenue from ads | $14,200 | $25,600 | +80% |
At a Scandinavian lighting brand we run Google Ads for, monthly spend went from $19,700 to $24,000 while each $1 of ads brought back $5.60 instead of $5.20.
Two kinds of stores we work with.
Stores doing 1-10M a year
You have a catalogue and steady sales, but the return drops every time you push the budget. You want to spend more and keep what each dollar brings back.
Smaller stores with 100+ reviews
Reviews show people buy your products and like them. The next step is putting more budget behind the ones with the best margin.
You'll need a store on Shopify, WooCommerce or similar, and your own ad budget, paid straight to Google and Meta.

You talk to the people
who run the account.
Our founder, Paweł Widomski, sets up and runs the accounts. There are no junior account managers between you and the work.
What it costs.
Month one is a fixed-fee setup. After that it's a monthly fee, month to month. We quote both on the call, once we've seen your catalogue and markets.
Your ad budget is paid by you straight to Google and Meta, so we never hold your ad money.
Before you book.
We've been burned by an agency before. What's different?
You talk to the people who build the campaigns. Everything runs in your own ad accounts, so you see every change and keep it all if you leave. Every budget change has a number behind it that you can ask to see. And after month one there's no contract to sit out.
Can you promise more sales?
No. Nobody can promise sales before seeing your products, margins and data. What we commit to is the work: the baseline, the product ranking, campaigns live by day 14 and rules written before every test.
What does "run on numbers" mean in practice?
Budget goes to the products with the best margin and order value first, not the ones that are easiest to advertise. Tests are judged by rules set before launch. Every campaign is checked each morning, and a drop gets a written diagnosis before anyone changes the account.
How soon will we see sales?
Campaigns are live by day 14, and you get a numbers note every week from then on. How fast it grows depends on your products, margins and budget, so we won't put a date on it before the call.
We already run Google and Meta ads. Is this still useful?
If your return falls every time you raise the budget, yes. We start with the baseline and product ranking on your current accounts, keep what works and fix what doesn't. On the call we'll tell you which parts are which.
How much should we spend on ads?
It depends on your margins and how many products are worth pushing. We set a starting budget on the call. You pay it straight to Google and Meta.
Do you need access to our store?
We need access to Google Ads, Merchant Center and Meta Ads Manager. Store access only if the feed has to be fixed at the source, and only with your OK.
Book a 30-minute call.
We'll look at your products, current ads and margins. You'll know where more budget could go, even if we don't work together.
If it's a fit, you get a fixed price for month one before anything starts.
